PLEASE READ AS YOUR RESERVATION ACKNOWLEDGES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
How is payment made?
We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience. The listed room prices are for check or cash payments and reflect a 3.5% discount. You can mail a check, we can print a check for you, with your authorization, or you can use Zelle (zelle@yourtribetravel.com) through your bank to avoid processing fees. We accept most major credit cards, and we also take PayPal (@YourTribeTravel), Venmo (@YourTribeTravel), and Wise for our non-US based clients with a processing fee. If you cancel, your refund will not include the processing fees as the bank keeps those. For newbies booking for the first time, no charges or checks will be deposited without prior notice and confirmation from you.
All vouchers, all free promotions (for example 12 nights/$700 credit), all resort credits or special offers or compensation offers are subject to final acceptance by the resort. Sometimes auditors find discrepancies after the trip is completed. We reserve the right to collect additional funds should the resort deny any of the items above.
Returned checks for any reason that is not a mistake by Your Tribe Travel, LLC, for example, insufficient funds and/or incorrect account numbers entered by the issuer are charged a $35.00 returned check fee. In addition, at our discretion we may impose just a $50.00 cancellation charge instead of the cancellation penalties below for any cancellation made within 48 hours of confirmation by us.
Reservation Name or date changes within 120 days of Group check-in are charged $25 per change. Any term above that we modify for someone does not modify or eliminate any of the other terms. We reserve the right to alter payment dates (later than posted). We may also alter amounts per payment as requested by the client (upon written request). By filling out the online reservation form, or agreeing to a cloning of a previous reservation, you agree to all the terms and conditions contained herein.
Deposit
A $400 per person deposit is all that is required at time of booking to secure your Classic Room (for reservations made at least 6 months prior to the trip).
A $700 per person deposit is all that is required at time of booking to secure your Premium or Specialty Room (for reservations made at least 6 months prior to the trip).
50% of the balance will be due 6 months prior to the trip and the final balance on or before 3 months prior to trip.
Cancellations:
Classic Rooms
- Cancel 6 months prior to trip start date with no penalty.
- Between 5 and 6 months prior to trip start date - incur a $400 penalty per person.
- Between 4 and 5 months prior to trip start date - incur a $800 penalty per person.
- Between 3 and 4 months prior to trip start date – incur a 50% Cancellation Fee.
- Within 3 months prior to trip start date - 100% Cancellation Fee.
Premium and Specialty Rooms
- Cancel 6 months prior to trip start date with no penalty.
- Between 5 and 6 months prior to trip start date - incur a $700 penalty per person.
- Between 4 and 5 months prior to trip start date - incur a $1400 penalty per person.
- Between 3 and 4 months prior to trip start date – incur a 50% Cancellation Fee.
- Within 3 months prior to trip start date - 100% Cancellation Fee.
Secure Transaction
All reservations forms are done on an encrypted secure server over an https address.
Liability Waiver
Upon acceptance of my reservations, I, for myself, my heirs and assigns, hereby release Your Tribe Travel, LLC and any and all of their owners, investors, subsidiaries, representatives and sponsors from any and all liability arising from illness, injury, or death I may suffer as a result of participation at this event. I attest that I am physically fit, and I am aware that my participation in activities could, in some circumstances, result in physical injury.
